This includes budget, forecast, analysis & financial modelling. This individual should be analysis driven and a forward thinker able to turn ideas into actions with measurable results.
- Lead monthly & quarterly financial closing (P&L, BS, Closing Statistics, Bank Reconciliation, Accruals, Work in Progress analysis, etc.), with support of external accountant.
- Prepare and present fluctuation analysis on a monthly basis including presentations for Sr. Management and Parent Company. Work with Leadership team to create corrective active items.
- Oversee the full accounting team and optimize the billing and collections/bad debt mitigation processes.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and consolidate annual overhead budget including setting guidance, resolving complex matters/transactions and management presentations.
- Improve & maintain Department ownership for cost management actions.
- Maintain company compliance and oversee Travel & Expense process including Policy changes and cost savings initiatives.
- Together with HR & Department leads, develop headcount & cost of personnel guidance and tracking.
- Collaborate with Purchasing Organization & Human Resources to identify & drive cost savings & process improvement.
- Lead and manage finance-related projects for both Parent Company & local initiatives.
- Provide FP&A support to the leadership & product line teams and develop new forecasting & analysis solutions/methods.
- Ownership of the ERP system and maintaining data accuracy.
