- Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling debt consolidation or debt resolution programs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Stay up to date with changes in financial markets and regulations.
- Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Educate customers on debt settlement options and guide the best course of action.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently.
- Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Hourly + Commission! (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more).
