The Receptionist at McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a crucial role that serves as the first point of contact for our dealership. As a Part Time Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for all customers and visitors. This individual contributor role is responsible for handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Part Time position in the Auto industry. The chosen candidate will receive a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about the dealership, products, and services offered
- Maintaining a neat and organized reception area
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with appointments for the sales and service departments
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as neededRequirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
