The role will ensure that we have the desire and ability to use technology to drive business outcomes and walk hand in hand with the business partners to deliver the expected results.The role will be to act as the advisor and evangelist, working closely with the business unit's needs regarding IT solutions and products that play a role in the business digital disruption and customer experience. The ability to build strong relationships and partnerships based on cooperation, collaboration, and trust is an essential and critical skill required for this role. The communication expertise will play a crucial role in the internal needed alignment and new ways of working (more agile and transparent) in support of the Business's strategic goals.The role will need to sustain and translate Organizational priorities that depend on technology, supporting business growth and the global/corporate strategy. In addition, it will define the capabilities needed in partnership with our business partners and reach out and engage with key market players through collaborative tools, leveraging the innovative ideas and knowledge from our business functions.What You Will Do:
Enhance and support a digital business transformation strategy that can map a course through external forces to produce a satisfying customer experience (Internal and External)
Lead the new IT and Digital initiatives, discuss the requirements, schedule, budgets, resources, and Allegion standard practices, and ensure alignment with the business partners through discovery phases, ideations, implementation, then UAT until the final deployment.
Leverage on Global Assets (and local suppliers) to deliver a better solution with a broader perspective than our competitors. Connect with peers to address business needs and work collaboratively to deploy solutions across the BU
Lead business case development & obtaining project funding while managing the roadmaps
Simplify complex definitions and concepts to involve Business partners in the decision-making process as needed while working collaboratively to ensure alignment, reducing the risk of failure
Partner and engage with various cross-functional and ensure consistency and transparency at all levels, including language and cultural aspects, are mitigated in advance to avoid product creation delays and misconceptions
Lead efforts to resolve fundamental project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths by acting as a valued partner and liaison with internal teams such as management team, marketing, sales, operations, and Cross-teams at the Corporation level. Resolve escalated items.
Delivery of New digital initiatives in cooperation with key implementation teams (Overtur, B2B, B2C, CRM, Portal and other needed integrations) in an iterative, agile, and fast-paced environment
Partnering with the business to understand:
Strategy
Business needs
Issues
Document problem statements related to business needs
Work with sourcing on IT-related needs
Active partnership with key end users to look for ways to optimize system usage and best practices further
Coordination of CXMs for International in the Unlisted Software Process
Build digital roadmaps from scratch as needed
Deep dive on hot-topic issues and priorities
Responsibility for International application vulnerabilities
Documentation and collection of requirements for initiatives as required by the business partners, including process flows and analysis of individual improvement possibilities
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business, preferred
Experience required with CRM, ERP, and project management systems, including data integrations and synchronization
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lead management processes preferred
Project management skills to effectively plan and execute platform-related initiatives preferred.
