- Ensures that evidence-based clinical practices are being implemented for all services provided in-home and center-based and is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of services by conducting monthly internal case audits
- Ensures that supervisors and therapists are compliant with clinical protocols and procedures
- Directly oversees a team of Clinical Supervisors in case supervision of ABA programming and provides training, support, and mentorship to supervisors
- Reviews and provides feedback on program design and modifications
- Ensures the team’s insurance reauthorizations are up to date and submitted on time
- Provides monthly check-ins with all assigned Clinical Supervisors
- Works with the Clinical Team to ensure re-assessments are current and done on time
- Ensures that the clinical team’s billing audits are accurate and completed on time
- Facilitates quarterly supervisor roundtables
- Ensures clinical team hits quarterly production targets
- Oversee client scheduling & pairing
- Responsible for ensuring the clinical team maintains positive, professional, and cohesive work relationships with other internal workgroups; i.e. HR, Operations, Clients Relations & Revenue Cycle Management.
- Oversee the proper management of the supervisor’s caseload size
- Responsible for building clinical supervisors into effective leaders
- You will provide 10 treatment hours per week with a small caseload of clients
- Reports directly to the owners

- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with developmental and pervasive disorders
- 3 years experience in a supervisory role
