- Work with Solution Architects to develop solutions and implement functional capability in the focus area of plan to produce processes and quality management.
- Understand the Global Template objective and support driving standard configuration capabilities
- Support process improvements in their work area
- Deep understanding of the processes supported by SAP considered best practices in QM/Production Planning modules
- Including GR, PGI, scheduling, Production Order configuration
- Organizational Structures
- Defining production processes
- Configuring planning parameters
- Detailed understanding of BOMs, routing, and work centers with impact to Financial costing processes/configuration
- S/4 Materials Management and MRP
- QM configuration
- Experience with WM and RF functionality
- Five or more years of IT or equivalent business/industry work experience in a relevant subject area.
- Functional/technical proficiency with at least 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementation and 5+ years of industry
- Knowledge of integration points between Plan to Produce the other SAP modules (MM, SD, and WM)
- Knowledge of integration points between MES external systems
- Experience with QAR
- Experience with Traditional and Flexible Workflow
- Experience with complex multi-country implementations
- Experience with various Units of measure including length based UoM
- High-performing professional with experience in service management and delivery along with implementation experience.
- Ability in building/perfecting organizational processes and measurement systems and functional experience with a proven track-record of delivering IT solutions.
- Effective leadership, organization, and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple and/or changing priorities.
- Creative, innovative, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Initiative-taker with ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional and distributed teams.
