- Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
- Keep accurate records of project activities, expenses, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in roofing construction with at least 3 years in a project management role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RRO) a plus.
