The EHPN operations assistant performs advanced and confidential administrative duties, including overseeing the progress of projects, action items and strategies that flow from the EHPN operational leadership team. The incumbent ensures that appropriate follow up actions are taken and initiates meetings and communications as directed. The EHPN operations assistant will perform data entry, gather/analyze data and research best practices to assist leaders in identifying opportunities for improvement. This position will work with leadership to make recommendations, develop new/update current polices and processes and assist with implementation.Department: Physician Integration

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pmJob Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Proficient in computer applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as a working knowledge of various database and software programs.
- Very strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact and communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the health system.
- Maintain communication with leadership, managers, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations.
- Work with leadership to develop, implement and maintain operational workflows as assigned
- Assists leadership in the implementation of new policies, procedures and processes.
- Liaison with IT, HR, Payroll to assist and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensures new employees have proper access and training
- Accurately updating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- Project Management for assigned projects, coordinating with all necessary departments, ensuring projects remain on target and notifying leadership of any issues or delays.
- Assist with Capital purchases process by submitting and tracking capital purchases through EHPN.
- Work with practices/practice managers to troubleshoot issues.
- Assisting Operational leaders with coordinating and scheduling meetings and follow up.
- Reviews and assists with updating job descriptions, policies, and communications.
- Answer phones, emails and coordinates meetings as assigned
- Assist with the onboarding of new practices and physicians
- Coordinates training and goals related to Patient satisfaction
- Other projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- Very strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact and communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the health system.
- Valid driver's license, needs access to reliable transportation. At times will need to travel to alternate locations to drop off supplies or other items
