Job Title: PCB Layout EngineerJob Location: Mountain View, CAJob DescriptionAt Capgemini, we seek a highly skilled Printed Circuit Board Layout Engineer, as the initial design and layout stage can reduce industry compliance testing issues later on. You will be working as a contributor to the team, and you will learn to craft a solution from the Layout and Design Engineering definition and to develop a solution which increases efficiency. In this role, you will also learn to develop work instructions and assist with improvements and problem solving for issues with methods and procedures.Key Responsibilities· Expertise in IPC standard, understand the high-speed interfaces PCI Bus, PCI-Exp, SATA, USB3.1, SPI, Ethernet, HDMI, CAMERA, DDRx, LPDDRx, Thunder bolt, SDRAM, and GDDRX.· High exposure on 0.5mm, 0.4mm pitch BGA crafts with Blind/Buried via and HDI Micro via technologies. Experience in RF Layout design of Radio units (Macro, Small cell Indoor and Outdoor) and Layer stack up Analysis.· Experience in PCB design by considering EMI/EMC, SI and Thermal, Footprint Creation as per the IPC standards, Placement, Routing of PCB by considering all types of constraints, and Gerber files generation and CAM check.· Excellence in Project Management and owning the 4-member Team with Cadence Allegro 17.4, System capture, OrCAD CIS, PADs 9.5V, CAM 350 v14.5, Blueprint v6.5.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Master's Degree is preferred with 5+ years of demonstrated ability in printed circuit board layout.Pay TransparencyCapgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $88,800 to $187,740.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
