Job Duties:The company is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to handle defined finance and administrative responsibilities including:
  • Accounts Receivable (cash receipts and collection calls)
  • Accounts Payable (entering bills)
  • HR Functions such as enrolling new employees, calling in payroll hours, maintaining vacation/sick time)
  • Reconciling the Credit Card account
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • 3-5 years experience in Bookkeeping or similar job duties.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel and Word * Strong Proficiency with Quickbooks is required.
  • Excellent, verifiable references.
