- Introduce Elmer’s to prospective mainline dealers.
- Build relationships at all levels of the dealer’s network.
- Equip dealers and end users with product knowledge through dealer training sessions, combine clinics, and dealer expos.
- Connect dealers and internal departments to provide solutions and support.
- Organize and participate in trade shows and in-field demonstrations of equipment for dealers and end users.
- Capture and communicate product development suggestions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales or a background in Agricultural.
- Ability to travel for dealer visits, farm shows, and in-field demonstrations.
- Valid driver’s license, CDL/Class 1 or willingness to acquire one at Elmer’s cost, would be an asset.
- Able to meet requirements to cross the US/Canada border.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and video conferencing apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
