- Understand the processes and policies for each wholesale account including vendor requirements
- Develop and manage cross functional work back schedules and share information with internal functional teams (Design, Merchandising, Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance)
- Respond to inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products, compliance requirements and pricing
- Work cross functionally with the Logistics, Technology, Accounting and Production Teams to coordinate orders, ensure delivery by specified dates, and troubleshoot any issues
- Analyze sales performance and work with accounts to forecast replenishment needs and new product introductions
- Partner with Merchandising and Planning to ensure accurate sell-in plans vs. orders, resolve product availability dates and ensure ship dates are aligned
- Outbound to new potential partners and develop overall targets for new wholesale partners, managing all communication and scheduling
- Work with third party retail partner to meet owned-retail sales targets and implement operational updates, internal merchandising strategies and marketing execution
- Maintain and track seasonal sample lines and various in-house sales tasks
- 3+ years of experience in wholesale apparel sales
- Experience working with major national accounts, from department stores to big box
- You are a problem solver who can identify and resolve problems in a timely approach
- You have impeccable customer service and the ability to manage difficult customer situations
- You have great oral and written communication through listening and gaining clarification on business needs
- You are organized with the ability to identify, improve, and streamline complex work processes
- You are a flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects
- You are a motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
- You are able to travel as needed
