- 2-2-3 work schedule (one week you would work Monday and Tuesday, off on Wednesday and Thursday, then work Friday- Sunday. Following week would be the opposite - off on Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off on Friday-Sunday.)

- The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the factory.
- The environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of equipment to ensure optimum operating conditions and uptime across all related crafts
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machines and drive power distribution systems, instrumentation, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems
- Perform PLC maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic and other mechanical issues
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, maintenance manuals and manufacturing specifications
- Cut, form, thread, fit and install piping for air, water, steam, oil nitrogen, gas, and other lines
- Prepare and weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions with multiple technologies
- Use gas torches or other equipment to cut structural stock for fabrication
- Log or use computerized work order system for repair and maintenance activities performed
- Abide by safe work standards including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Fall Protection, Confined Spaces, and appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), NFPA 70E (Arc flash)
- Adhere to Goodyear's attendance policy
- Perform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, bending, and working at heights when applicable
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
- Previous experience Industrial Maintenance experience with basic knowledge and understanding of machine technology, construction, operation of heavy industrial machinery and power/control devices, PLCs, variable frequency drives, servo drives, power distribution, instrumentation, preventative maintenance, human machine interfaces, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Journeyman's card preferred or AAS in Industrial Maintenance
- Experience adhering to industry-specific safety standards.
