Front Desk Agent - Ocean Plaza HotelJob Description -Front desk agents welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; giving the agent responsibility of a first impression. Some of the daily duties include, but not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to guests reservations.SHIFT NEEDED- 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM$14/hrJob responsibilities -
  • Check guests in and out of hotel
  • Issue guest keys appropriately
  • Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
  • Accommodate guests scheduled stay as needed
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Resolve guest concern; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
Front Desk Agent Requirements -
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
