As the Flight Line Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Greenville, South Carolina, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of flight line operations.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of 30 professionals, fostering growth, teamwork, and high performance.- Coordinate and oversee all flight line activities, including Fuel Skid operations, Green Run procedures, and aircraft delivery processes.- Plan and manage staffing levels, schedules, and resources to meet operational demands and customer requirements.- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, aviation regulations, and company policies throughout all flight line operations.- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.- Develop and implement training programs for flight line personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.- Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and open communication within the flight operations team and across departments.- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recognize achievements to motivate and engage team members.What's In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend!

  • Must be a United States citizen.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Flight line experience with legacy aircraft's maintenance and modification.
Desired skillsFighter Aircraft Experience; F-16
manufacturing experience.Working knowledge of LM Manufacturing
Systems including, QADs, PDM, SFM, and EWI.Familiarity with Flight Line aircraft
maintenance, safety processes.Strong communication skills, verbal and
written.Experience with LM organizational environment
to include production engineering,
manufacturing engineering, production control,
and industrial engineeringComfortable and effective at holding self and
