  • 5am - 1pm (Full Time)
  • 1pm - 9pm (Full Time)
Pay: $9/hour plus tips. Our tip pool system encourages teamwork and boosts earnings. Tips on average $400 - $700 per person per week depending on volume of customers in any given week.Onboarding Process: Two-day paid training. Transition to full-time promptly if it's the right fit for you and us.Job Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll uphold our commitment to excellence by providing exceptional service, uphold our core values and maintaining product quality.Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Understanding our products and making recommendations
  • Ensuring consistent product quality
  • Handling customer feedback with empathy
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
  • Must speak Spanish and English
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Willingness to learn & be better than yesterday
  • No prior customer service experience necessary
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
