Nursing Research Coordinator (MA/LPN/RN)Company:
Arkansas Research TrialsDermatology clinical research center seeking a skilled professional to assist with clinical trials, regulatory duties, and general research practices. Looking for a highly-motivated individual to help us grow to become a premier clinical trials site. The Clinical Research Staff will act as counterpart to the Director of Clinical Research will assume a variety of responsibilities.Minimum required experience in clinical research: 1 year
  • Assist Directors of Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs to develop, implement, and maintain internal documents, workflows, processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Performs protocol specific clinical tasks including assessment, screening, ordering tests, collecting specimens and monitoring responses to the investigational treatment.
  • Assist with research recruitment, enrollment, and screening visits with dermatology patients.
  • Assist in maintaining legal documents and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions such as OSHA, ADA, and HIPAA.
  • Acts as an expert consultant to investigators to ensure Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed.
  • Maintain and create regulatory binders for clinical trials.
  • Create and develop source documentation for clinical trials.
  • Welcome new employees to the organization by assisting with orientation and training.
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, etc.
  • Lead by example, maintain a positive team morale, and create an exceptional organizational culture.
