The Iron Worker is responsible for fabricating new pieces and then using these fabrications for building the final product. We require a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three years related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.RESPONSIBILITIES
Steel fabrication - Steel, wood, construction, pouring of concrete, setting forms and finishing
Building repair - Roofing, siding, sloshing, overhead doors, man doors and windows
Rebuilding, bricking and plumbing of all electrical furnaces
Wear required safety equipment. Follow all applicable procedures and instructions
REQUIREMENTS
On-the-job training
Blue print reading
Mobile Crane operation safety course, including proper rigging procedures
Certified Welder's Certificate preferred
