- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the EV sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealers, national sales channels, and government agencies to promote EV products and services.
- Provide training and support to dealers on EV technology, product features, and sales strategies.
- Support the contract efforts with government accounts to secure sales agreements and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and sales tools tailored to the EV market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Utilize strong business acumen to analyze sales performance, forecast future trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales management, product development, and marketing teams, to align on strategic objectives and priorities.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with external agencies to facilitate the dissemination of information to dealers regarding available government subsidy programs.
- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related major.
- Experience required: 5-7 years. Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the automotive or equipment industry. Bobcat product knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of EV technology, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape, with a passion for promoting sustainable equipment solutions.
- Experience working with dealer networks and national/government sales channels is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Proven track record of leveraging forecasting insights to optimize resource utilization, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Exceptional business acumen to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events. Requirement up to 50% travel.
