Job DescriptionThis Studio Manager will manage the creative development, production, and delivery of all creative assets and deliverables in support of document cloud website and specific applications to drive demand.Partners with:
  • Demand/Relationship Marketing managers
  • Business unit email requester's
  • Art Director, Designer, or Production Artist
  • Web Developer (Email/LP Coder)
  • Editorial Manager or Copywriter
  • Agency contacts
  • Creative Director
Manages creative development for Demand/Relationship MarketingDrives adherence, quality, and consistency of the company's communications, ensuring the strongest, most effective, on strategy, compelling creative assets, copy, and deliverable's such as emails, landing pages, web banners, and m content website.Job ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities include:
  • Serves as primary liaison between the Demand Marketing teams, designers, writers, editors, and production for Document Cloud and Acrobat products
  • Drives tactical executions of demand deliverable's
  • Monitors issues within projects and assists to resolve project conflict
  • Facilitates project team meetings, manages agendas, and creates meeting recaps to ensure all project tasks and goals are being accomplished as expected
  • Builds project timelines, calendars, and a proactive reporting process
  • Communicates status and updates
  • Resolves or escalates issues/roadblocks, juggles priorities, tracks workflow
  • Manages task management software, and digital asset management tools (post to the HUB)
