- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other training-related technologies.
- Passion for employee development and fostering a culture of continuous
- Travel required to support training initiatives at various company locations.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate training sessions across different time zones.
- Strong computer skills (experience with HR systems - e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Ceridian/Dayforce). Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Expertise in report writing and related analytics.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to define learning objectives and training priorities.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning experiences that address identified needs.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously update and improve training content and methodologies based on feedback and industry best practices.
- Partner with external training providers or subject matter experts as needed and assess training materials prepared by instructors.
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, test and assessment results, and training status reports.
- Manages the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Present training and development programs using various forms and formats, including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- Prepare HR monthly report for the review meeting.
- May occasionally be involved in other HR initiatives or projects as needed.
