- Perform Mohs micrographic surgery procedures to remove skin cancer lesions with precision and minimal tissue loss
- Conduct preoperative consultations and evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical history and discussing treatment options
- Interpret histopathology slides to ensure complete removal of cancerous tissue during surgery
- Coordinate with dermatopathologists for timely processing and analysis of tissue specimens
- Provide postoperative care and follow-up appointments to monitor patient recovery and outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about skin cancer prevention, treatment options, and postoperative care instructions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex cases
- Board certification or eligibility in dermatology and/or Mohs surgery
- Completion of accredited Mohs surgery fellowship program
- Current state medical license and DEA registration
- Strong surgical skills and experience in Mohs micrographic surgery techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
