- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Supports management of personnel clearance tracking systems and verification of security clearances for projects.
- Leads, coordinates, and investigates potential spillages to include cleanup efforts.
- Integrates changes and formatting of DD254s.
- Provides Travel Briefings and relevant security information to employees going on travel.
- Distributes Security Indoctrination Brief and protocols to all onboarding employees.
- Provides timely updates, information, and training regarding Physical Security, Cyber and general security issues.
- Processes SIPRNet access SAAR-Ns as needed.
- Processes BASICS forms, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Processes all visit certs for the program office via DISS
- Process SAAR-Ns through the NAVAIR National Help Desk
- Schedules, organizes, and oversees all classified meetings, mailings, foreign visitors etc.
- Attends monthly NAVAIR/NAWCAD Security Meetings, PSM meetings.
- Assists with CPI Assessments and Program Protection Planning
- Maintains Security Classification Guide (SCG).
- Maintains Counterintelligence Support Plan (CISP).
- Maintains Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
- Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least 1 year of experience supporting management of personnel clearance tracking systems and verification of security clearances for projects.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting NAVAIR programs using Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)/Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Base Access Security Information Control System (BASICS II).
- Journeyman – BA/BS degree.
- The following substitutions are permitted for this task order (unless otherwise specified under the labor category information below):
- Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
