Part-Time Receptionist (Temporary)

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and sorting mail
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required
