- Create cost calculations for projects between $100M and $600M in value to support Construction Proposal Managers in offshore sales activities.
- Prepare operational cost review presentations to support review and approval within the proposal process.
- Support development of offshore cost models and database creation.
- Support offshore construction cost estimation, review and benchmarking.
- Maintain assumptions and relevant content within models and databases to establish historical trends.
- Complete ad-hoc sales related business case analyses supporting the Construction strategy.
- Identify and review key cost drivers and sensitivities with stakeholders for optimization of cost control.
- Review and factor cost risks to project proposals with the Construction Proposal Managers.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or technical field related to modeling and simulation
- Good economic/financial modeling skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of VBA, SQL script etc.
- Solid critical skills and ability to make business case comparisons for internal and external presentation.
- Ability to perform under high pressure with shifting deadlines and innovative work environment handling multiple deliverables.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Great written, and verbal, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to focus on detailed tasks
- Good attitude for teamwork.
- Maintain high standards of ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity.
