- Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance department.
- Ensure all sales deals are compliant with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Offer excellent customer service to all customers, assisting them with financing, insurance, and other related services.
- Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealership's best interests as a whole
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and other financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
- Perform credit checks and analyze credit applications to determine financing options for customers.
- Work with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and close deals quickly and efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service delivery and sales performance.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to sales or financing in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products or services offered by competitors.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an F&I Manager or Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Extensive knowledge of financing and insurance processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ADP/CDK DMS system
- Must have a valid driver's license
