- MUST HAVE WORKDAY implementation experience focused on reporting, Prism analytics and HCM integrations and data conversation
- Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Technology, or HR/HRIS field) OR 4 years' work-related experience REQ
- 3 years HR system admin exp including interfaces, system imports, workflows, and business processes REQ
- 3 years advanced Cognos/Business Intelligence report writing, SQL Project Management exp PREFERRED
- 5 years advanced UltiPro system admin exp PREFERREDJob Summary:
- Integration Development & Management, Vendor Management, Internal Systems Liaison, Security, and Reporting & Analytics
Provides IS support to HR by coordinating the preparation and installation of data processing procedures and systems, programming, and report writing as required; Identifies user needs & develops specifications of a complex nature; Acts as department liaison with IS for HR system projects, internal departments & third party vendors; Partners with all areas of HR & their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improves processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities; Functions as primary POC for all HR metrics; Build project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers.
