Vastly experienced, highly collaborative, and open-minded, they build relationships to their clients through in-depth discovery and considered design direction.Responsibilities:Work with senior architectural designer to review code, consultant coordination, and filingSet up files and organization for new projectsCoordinate with the design team on the development of construction documentsProvide program and code research, develop fit tests, and set up construction documents for development in close coordination with the senior architectural designerProvide material and product research, sourcing and vendor coordinationAssist in development of design presentation documents and interior elevations for internal review and client presentationsGenerate Sketches during Construction AdministrationManage submittal logs, field RFI’s and assist in construction administration for projectsCoordinate construction documents with FF&E specifications provided by the design team and present survey resultsManage individual deliverables and workflow within larger project schedules and communicate any conflicts to the design teamQualifications:BArch or M.Arch1-4 years of relevant experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Autocad, Bluebeam, 3D ModelingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of standard office software (i.e. Google Suite)Legal authorization to work in the USSalary range commensurate with experience and education.To Apply: Please send a resume, cover letter, and portfolio to with the subject line “Junior Architect Position: Your Name”.More job listings from this employer:
