- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, both internal and external, optimizing resource utilization and expenses.
- Ordering non-stocked parts from the factory, other dealerships, and reputable parts suppliers as required.
- Managing all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting and record-keeping standards.
- Motivating and developing staff through coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in parts management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Proficient in inventory control, pricing strategies, and comprehensive parts management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships.
- Technical: Proficiency in computer processing, including spreadsheet and database tools.
