- Apply top-level project controls knowledge within the applied PM system to schedule project development, integration, and implementation.
- Provide high-level analysis within the PM system to support decision-making and project management.
- Manage a team of project control specialists, including defining methods and strategies for deployment, maintenance, and progress reporting.
- Develop work breakdown structures (WBS) to effectively organize project tasks and deliverables.
- Schedule cost and resource loading to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct project progression analysis, including identification of delays and development of recovery strategies.
- Implement earned value management techniques to track project performance and cost efficiency.
- Verify data synchronization between Primavera Project Manager and applicable financial databases.
- Provide Primavera knowledge transfer to designated government personnel as needed.
- Identify PM system problems and coordinate resolution with the designated government reporting entity.
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 7 years of experience in project controls or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Extensive experience with Primavera Project Manager or similar project management software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working in a government contracting environment is a plus.
