Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years related sales experience (group life, disability, dental, vision preferred).
- Excellent planning/interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills required.
- Must have time management and decision-making skills.
- Advanced math skills are necessary, related to graphs, symbols, equations, etc.
- Must be accurate and detail oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
- Travel required (up to 50%), including minimal overnight stays.
- Non-solicitation agreement required upon hire.
- As a required part of the role, candidate must be able to provide personal transportation to business related events.
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses required for all states in which business will be conducted.
- Sales experience specific to group benefits.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$40000 - $250000 / year
Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
