Wealth Advisor | Kansas CityFaith-based RIA seeks experienced advisor to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and develop new ones in order to grow their book organically over time.Responsibilities:Professionally/competently lead client engagements with confidenceResponsible for client relationships generating at least $150,000 of AUM revenue to the firm and annually adding a minimum of 10% of recurring revenue from either new business or from existing clientsAdd significant value alongside a Lead Advisor/PartnerMaster the firm's Financial Planning process, Investment Management philosophy and planning philosophy, including the ability to confidently navigate tools used/presentation style and demonstrated confidence presenting them to clientsWork from a completed plan to identify planning opportunities; demonstrated ability to explain these to clients/address client questionsSeek mentorship from Lead Advisors/Partners to confirm their thinking; work collaboratively with these same peers providing counselActively participate on firm committees taking on added responsibilities that add value to the organizationRequirements:Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of industry experienceCFP required (curriculum well underway/plan to sit for the exam within 6 months of hire if not currently held)FINRA Series 65 and Life and Health insurance licensedUnderstands and can communicate biblical financial principals the firm's espousesUnderstanding of CKA® core curriculum training; will be required to complete within the first twelve months of hireWill be expected to complete Kingdom Advisor curriculum as part of professional development; will NOT be required to become certified, but will need to complete the trainingCourteous/respectful written and verbal communication skills; must exhibit confidence/empathy in client interaction and communicationThe target base salary range is $80-150k plus discretionary bonus. Actual base salary will be determined by numerous factors including experience level, credentials, etc..
