The Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) is seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead the ZACC in cultivating community through accessible arts experiences for all. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work strategically and foster coordination and collaboration among multiple stakeholders. They are committed to thinking innovatively to ensure the focus on the core mission in changing landscapes. This position is an opportunity to engage with the arts community, nonprofit leaders, community stakeholders, partners, employees, and customers to foster art accessibility.Your strengths and experiences should lie in these areas:Fundraising ExperienceStrategic Planning and DevelopmentWorkplace CultureFinancial, Risk, and Facilities ManagementCommunity Arts LeaderPublic Education and Public RelationsBoard Administration and SupportQualifications Required:Masters Degree or 5 years of relevant experienceLeadership experience in for profit and nonprofit roles preferredProven success in a leadership role in a similar organizationKnowledge of the Missoula arts communityAbout ZACC:The ZACC recently moved from its original location in Missoula’s Northside neighborhood to the historic Studebaker building in downtown Missoula, at 216 W Main St. After over a decade of building programs and art experiences on the Northside, the ZACC outgrew its old location and desperately needed more space. Our current location offers three public art classrooms, 15 artist studios, a dedicated 175 seat performance space, music practice rooms, multiple galleries, and more.Please provide your resume and cover letter to express your interest in the position.
