Assures trip is conducted so as to best serve the needs of the passengers being transported. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Serves as Pilot-in-Command/Second-in-Command, has full control of the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the conduct of the crew members. May be assigned to perform other duties related to the general activities of the department, whenever not engaged in a flight operation. Must possess proper certificates and authorization prior to assignment as Captain/Pilot-in-Command of a flight. These employees fly the aircraft and are responsible for the flight. Serves as pilot-in-command majority of time. Typically reports to Chief Pilot. Education: Bachelors or Advanced degree preferred. Airline transport certificate, federal aviation administration first-class medical certificate preferred. Experience: Typically requires 10 or more years of experience and at least two years of management responsibility. A minimum of 2500 hours total flight time as well as a minimum of 1,000 hours of multiengine land flight time. Supervisory: No.Our Pilot earns between $191,400 - $287,200 annually.
