You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At EnerBank, the Market Research Manager is responsible for meeting the research needs of the division including market and survey research, qualitative research, industry analysis and pursuing strategic opportunities.EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelops and executes on the market research needs of the organizationOversees the home improvement lending division’s survey platformDesigns questionnaires leveraging industry best practicesOversees data collection leveraging appropriate sampling methodologiesProvides in-depth banking and home improvement industry analysisConducts focus groups and in-depth interviews (IDI)Coordinates research efforts with other departments and external vendorsBuilds and maintains reports specific to our research effortsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fieldFive (5) years of market research or related experiencePreferencesMaster’s degree in a related fieldIndustry expertise in home improvement and/or financial servicesSkills and CompetenciesAbility to translate business objective into research objectives and research plansAbility to conduct thorough secondary research (execute on a research plan that involves extensive research of public and privately available data and information)Analytical skills such as basic quantitative analysis, statistics, and regression testingExcellent problem-solving skillsProject management skills (planning, managing tasks/responsibilities/deadlines, status updates, etc.)Quantitative market research skills (research management, survey writing, sampling methodology, hypothesis testing, etc.)Qualitative research skills such as focus group facilitation and in-depth interviewsStrong excel skills (basic function commands, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to present effectivelyStrong writing skills and the ability to develop written reportsPosition Type Full timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
