- Manage relationships within the organization to understand analytical needs.
- Support departmental director in identifying and executing opportunistic analysis.
- Prepare, administer and distribute various financial reports to senior management.
- Oversee and automate key analytical reports for the property operating departments.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses including, but not exclusive to, gaming performance reviews, special event analyses, hotel operational analyses, financial modeling and statistical analyses.
- Key member of the annual budgets and forecasting process taking total finance ownership of operating and administrative areas, as appropriate.
- Provide timely, analytical support for requests at the direction of department heads and senior management.
- Convert key financial and operating data into strategic and value-added recommendations.
- Focus on supporting an individual operating area while providing cross-functional support as needed.
- Ability to effectively manage projects with multiple internal and external groups.
- Execute reports and query data from various systems as requested for the department.
- Focus on achieving the goals or objectives of the department using available resources (staff and budgetary).
- Successfully manage projects and Team Members within the Financial Planning & Analysis team.
- Develop staff skills to enhance department effectiveness and manage resources to eliminate excess cost or unnecessary expenditures.
- Monitor team performance in all phases of service and job functions; rectify deficiencies.
- Manage staff and organize department functions in accordance with company guidelines.

- 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution, preferably within the fields of finance, hospitality, accounting, or information technology; or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Must be able to work with others, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Must possess the ability to maintain quality, accurate work with a passion for details during busy times and work unsupervised on assigned tasks and projects.
- Ability to be flexible and multi-tasked with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to arrange timeline to independently complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Lift or carry 10 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
- Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
- Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
- Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
- Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
