- Partner with multiple Financial Advisors (FAs) virtually to plan and execute the daily functions needed for the branch
- Deliver excellent client service by anticipating client needs and improving the client experience
- Provide a high level of support to multiple FAs and serve as a resource to share ideas, problem solve, and take action
- Create and update standard operating procedures for the branch
- Advanced administrative support: IE: Identify opportunities, answer incoming calls and emails, schedule/follow up on appointments, paperwork, and scanning
- Assist multiple FAs in the planning of events and seminars
- Candidates that reside within a commutable distance of our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work within the office three days per week, with the preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support or customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent client service skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills including effective use of Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning and applying new and complex information.
