We have an immediate need for Landscape Architects in the Lexington, KY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.Compensation is directly relevant to qualifications and experience and can range from $90-$135K, plus benefits.Job Description:
  • Drawing designs and creating site plans and models
  • Putting together specifications and cost estimates
  • Collaborating with engineers, surveyors, architects, contractors, laborers and other individuals
  • Using software and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to create models of landscape plans
  • Analyzing the land and its drainage and runoff
  • Overseeing projects to completion and staying on budget
Required:
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • 3-10+ Years of experience
  • Design and Construction Document production experience
Preferred:
  • Licensed in KY
  • Project Management experience
Municipal project experience a plus
