Job Summary:
Infiniti of Akron, a high-end automotive dealership located in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a full-time Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical tasks on Infiniti vehicles, ensuring their safety and reliability for our customers. This is an individual contributor role, and you will work closely with our service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain our reputation as a leader in the auto industry.Compensation & Benefits:
This is a Flat Rate Hour position, with a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Infiniti vehicles, including brakes, transmissions, engines, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Use electronic diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
- Complete all repairs and maintenance tasks according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and report any issues or concerns to the Service Manager
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's needs
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training sessions and workshopsRequirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with experience working on Infiniti vehicles
- Must have broad knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair techniques
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and diagnostic equipment proficiency
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds)EEOC Statement:
