- Daily sales calls both inside and outside calls
- Maximizing the potential sales volume of all segments of the market.
- Accuracy of all information on websites, collateral and advertising that promote the hotel.
- Maintaining and updating the branded website content and working with Marketing to update the hotel's profile, current locations, etc.
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans.
- Developing and managing sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Attend all required Revenue Management calls
- Representing the property at local events, the Chamber and CVB
- Meeting with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating/closing deals.
- Preparing weekly sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviewing and analyzing sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or Five (5) years of related hospitality management experience
- Computer skills
- Strong communication and sales skills
