We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be at the forefront of this exciting journey.What you will do at Topsort
  • Educate prospective customers on Topsort, generating Sales Qualified Opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Manage prospects from lead generation through to discovery with the ability to articulate value propositions, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
  • Meet and exceed the quota of meetings and sales-qualified leads.
  • Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
  • Utilize Hubspot with cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to generate new Sales Opportunities.
  • Identify the prospect's needs/pains and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as Sales Opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Executives.
  • Report to the Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
What we expect from you
  • An associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a must.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar roles.
  • Good communication techniques and sales charisma.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software & Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc) is nice to have.
