- Educate prospective customers on Topsort, generating Sales Qualified Opportunities for the Sales team.
- Manage prospects from lead generation through to discovery with the ability to articulate value propositions, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Meet and exceed the quota of meetings and sales-qualified leads.
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
- Utilize Hubspot with cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to generate new Sales Opportunities.
- Identify the prospect's needs/pains and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as Sales Opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Executives.
- Report to the Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
- An associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a must.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar roles.
- Good communication techniques and sales charisma.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software & Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc) is nice to have.
