We are seeking a full-time Credentialed Medical Assistant to join our busy clinic located in Gresham. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care. Occasional travel may be needed to our clinic in Gateway.Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate who is detail oriented, strong at multitasking, dedicated to high quality patient care and a flexible team player - preferably within an ENT specialty.Primary duties include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, assisting physicians, phone triage, scheduling appointments, and any other duties as assigned. In addition, this position will back up the front desk and provide other support as needed. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and solid prior experience. Prior scheduling experience strongly preferred. Fluency in a second language is also a plus.Workdays will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. No weekends! 8 paid holidays and free parking!Hiring pay based on open position, experience, and credentials:Level I - $21.66- $29.30 per hour.
Level II - $23.82 - $32.23 per hour.
Level III - $26.21 - $35.46 per hour.Placement within levels based on specialty group, experience, additional duties.New Grads welcome to apply!Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.Qualifications:
  • At least one year of previous experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
  • New graduates with excellent externship/clinical references may be considered. Must be certified within 90 days of hire.
  • Certification through a national agency such as AAMA, NCCT, etc. is required.
  • Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.
  • Current healthcare provider CPR certification required.
  • Prior EMR experience strongly preferred; EPIC experience a plus!
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Excellent prior work references.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
