- Working for a Nation Wide General Contractor in Light Industrial construction
- Pipeline of Central Texas based $150M+ Commercial Projects
- Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project
- Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor
- Perform constructability reviews
- Direct field operations to operate according to the "plan" and in an efficient manner
- Conduct foreman's meetings
- Participate in progress meetings with the team and or owners
- Follow up on RFIs, submittals, as-builts and changes
- Administering the safety program for the project
- Conducting and ensuring quality control in accordance with the established project quality assurance program
- 8+ years in Commercial Construction specializing in commercial construction including Light Industrial projects
- Strong oral communication and written skills
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings
- Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked
- Nation wide General Contractor who is rapidly growing in Central Texas
- Strong light industrial project pipeline with a focus on production facilities, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and data centers
- Sectors include food processing, pharmaceutical, and logistics centers
- Base Salary ranging from: $110K- $140K
