- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support customer needs and drive business growth.
- Provide ongoing customer support and training to ensure optimal product utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
