This sometimes is at shoulder height.Loading, unloading, and pushing/pulling a cart or pallet (with jack) weighing up to 1500 lbsAnticipates problems, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time as well as communities on ways to improve quality and productivitySecondary job responsibilities:Process incoming orders; scan carton barcodes and locations on Safekeeper systemInvestigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders; manifest all orders, bundle and prepare for shipmentAccurately prepare all necessary paperworkCommunicate any difficult order issues to managerInspect and maintain all equipment, including scanner, wedge, Safekeeper terminal and laddersCollaborate with team membersObserve safety procedures and report any safety issuesPerform all physical requirements without assistanceMentor others as opportunities ariseWork on your feet all dayLift, load and move boxes (average weight: 40 pounds)Climb stairs, lift up to 70 pounds and be able to use tools to maneuver materialsRemain stationary as well as perform repetitive motions for extended periodsClimb, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, and pull regularlyQualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredOperate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in EnglishAbility to pass a background verification and drug screeningThere is so much more, but enough about us.
