- Organizing monthly client reports regarding lease dates, expenses, portfolio data, and submissions to clients
- Resolving client issues by reviewing lease and abstract information, lease terms and other relevant data
- Assisting with lease abstracts and data entry into lease administration software with accuracy and following our standard processes and assisting with validation processes
- Providing lease analysis and interpretation for clients as requested
- Processing client rent rolls, landlord invoicing, statements and balancing accounts and ledgers provided to the client (as tenant) by the landlord
- Preparing export and variance reporting for client's accounting purposes
- Reviewing annual operating expense reconciliations
- Reviewing client emails, follow-ups, and flagged tasks.

- Requires basic knowledge of commercial leases and financial terms.
- Ability to perform and review basic math calculations.
- Ability to perform essential Excel tasks, formatting, and review.
- Ability to respond to email correspondence and ask relevant questions, based on the lease, to ensure thorough understanding.
- Able to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, landlords, and internal partners.
- Able to assist multiple lease administrators to ensure timely workflow.
- Able to act as liaison between clients, landlords and administrators.
- Proficient in preparing and distributing a variety of reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Experience in understanding and identifying key lease dates.
- Must be a self-starter and possess a strong ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Must have impeccable attention to detail and critical, exacting standards regarding data input and validation of data entries
- Must be able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Actual annual compensation within $55,000- $65,000 range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
- Experience working in commercial (non-residential) real estate required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience required (handling tasks directly related to commercial lease administration)
- A thorough understanding of commercial lease administration including the various processes from the tenant's side
- Experience reading and interpreting commercial real estate leases, including all related lease documents, lease terminology, and lease clauses
- Experience with standard lease administration software; experience using Lease Harbor/Apex is a plus
- Ability to work independently yet also thrive working as a team and enthusiastically approach challenges.
- Possesses good organization, oral, written communication, and excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically in Excel.
