- Broad range of experience, including working with seniors and athletes.
- Able to create comprehensive training programs built around clients' individual needs and goals.
- Strong awareness of anatomy and biomechanics.
- Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Maintains logs of class attendance for classes taught.
- Teaches classes in a fun safe and challenging manner. Classes must be designed to provide an effective exercise program in an entertaining manner.
- Inspects the studio to insure lighting, temperature, sound system and equipment are all in top working condition. Reports problems and takes appropriate action.
- Free Complimentary Fitness Membership
- Experience teaching Group Fitness sessions.
- Cycling certifications by a nationally recognized and accredited by IHRSA.
- Current CPR certification and basic first aid training is required.
