- Lead the performance paid media strategy across channels such as Facebook, Google, TV, Radio, Apple ads, and affiliate partnerships, focusing on acquiring new drivers.
- Drive media efficiency by managing external contractors and agencies, ensuring alignment with MileIQ's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams, as well as influencers, to develop and execute engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage attribution systems and conduct data analysis to optimize campaign performance and present data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
- Optimize and grow our organic presence on web and app stores through strategic SEO partnerships.
- Develop innovative initiatives to enhance driver acquisition and revenue generation.
- Conduct growth reviews with the leadership team, providing updates on media mix, testing, learnings, campaigns, and forecasting velocity.
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid media and SEO strategies, demonstrating quantifiable achievements.
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in Facebook advertising, showcasing expertise in creative, audience targeting, testing, and campaign management.
- Experience in managing external contractors and agencies across multiple media channels, with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in Google Ads and other digital media channels.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, Omni, and Appsflyer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Leadership experience, including team management and mentoring, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
