We’re the category creator and global leader in mileage tracking, with 1M+ active users, 80B+ miles logged, and $10B+ in value.Role SpecificsWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to join our team at MileIQ. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by acquiring new drivers and subscribers with maximum efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will lead our performance marketing efforts across various channels, collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and agencies to achieve our acquisition goals.Compensation Range: $160k to $200kLocation: US Remote or in our San Francisco, CA officeKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance paid media strategy across channels such as Facebook, Google, TV, Radio, Apple ads, and affiliate partnerships, focusing on acquiring new drivers.
  • Drive media efficiency by managing external contractors and agencies, ensuring alignment with MileIQ's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams, as well as influencers, to develop and execute engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage attribution systems and conduct data analysis to optimize campaign performance and present data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
  • Optimize and grow our organic presence on web and app stores through strategic SEO partnerships.
  • Develop innovative initiatives to enhance driver acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Conduct growth reviews with the leadership team, providing updates on media mix, testing, learnings, campaigns, and forecasting velocity.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on paid media and SEO strategies, demonstrating quantifiable achievements.
  • Proven track record of at least 4 years in Facebook advertising, showcasing expertise in creative, audience targeting, testing, and campaign management.
  • Experience in managing external contractors and agencies across multiple media channels, with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and other digital media channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, Omni, and Appsflyer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and mentoring, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
