- Take responsibility for client invoicing, AR collections management and project budgeting, as well as assistance on coding and processing A/P, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Manage, administer, and maintain accurate contract documentation, including entry of fee and budget.
- Work with business groups and project staff to provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues.
- Utilizing HDR’s project accounting system, work with project management and administrative staff to ensure compliance of contractual requirements
- Assist multiple project managers and staff daily
- Perform other duties as needed
- Associate’s degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and good telephone etiquette
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- A positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management
