As a Remote Travel Specialist you will be responsible for planning and booking arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities. A successful individual will have excellent customer service skills, as well as knowledge of destinations, transportation options, and industry regulations.Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences
  • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options based on preferences and budget
  • Book arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, using online booking systems
  • Provide clients with information such as advisories and passport requirements
  • Resolve issues such as delays or cancellations
  • Stay current on regulations and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have a phone and/or computer to work from with high speed internet
